Institution Details: Lakehead University Available for these programs Child and Youth Care Child and Youth Care - Indigenous Specialization Developmental Services Worker Social Service Worker Social Service Worker - Accelerated Terms of Agreement Lakehead University Thunder Bay, Ontario Graduates from the Social Service Worker, Developmental Services and Child & Youth Worker programs who have attained an overall average of B and a minimum average of 3.0 GPA or (“P”) in field placements are eligible for the following transfer credits in the Honours Bachelor of Social Work (HBSW) program: Developmental Service Worker and Social Service Worker graduates who quality, will be advanced five full credit equivalents including SW1100 and 1 Group III course, and will be allowed admittance into the second year of the HBSW program. All Child and Youth Worker graduates who qualify will be advanced six full credit equivalents including SW1100 and 2 Group III courses and will be allowed admittance into the second year of the HBSW program.
