Employee Directory for Employees (Computer Services)

About Our Employee (Staff) Directory

Our Employee Directory is available to staff and students who log into the MyCampus portal. It is searchable by name or by department. General contact information for campuses and departments can be found on the Contact Us link on the College website.

This Employee Directory is housed in our Banner ERP system and the data is refreshed daily.

How do I use it?

  1. Click on the Employee Directory link found on the Launchpad of the portal.
  2. You can then search by first name, OR by last name.
  3. The “%” character is a wildcard.
    This is useful to match portions of names when you are not sure of the spelling. (i.e. Shel% )
  4. If you wish to search by Department, you will see the option above the search fields.

Employee Responsibilities for Contact Information

All College employees are responsible to update their office location, e-mail address, and telephone number.  Any errors in Job Title should be reported to the Human Resources Department for correction.
