Network Support (Computer Services)
Description:
The network is an integral part of the infrastructure at Confederation College that connects College computers to networked resources. As the reliance on the network grows, so does the need to maintain a smoothly operating system. Events that might cause the network to slow down may include:
An individual computer is malfunctioning.
High traffic volume on the network.
A failing network device.
Who is it for:
This service is available to all employees and students at Confederation College.
How do I use it:
When there is a problem with the network, to access Network Support, Confederation College staff and students can phone the Confederation College Help Desk at 475-6488 (ext. 6488), or email [email protected] . When the College is closed and the Help Desk is not available, you can contact Confederation College Security at 623-0465 to report a network problem.
