Archiving E-mail (Computer Services)

Service Description

Computer Services encourages the use of Email Archiving for mailboxes. Email archiving allows the client to move mail items out of their mailbox and on to a storage server in order to keep mailbox sizes manageable. By keeping mailbox sizes under control, the clients are less likely to encounter issues with mail organization and delivery.

Archives are accessible through the Outlook email client. Folders are created on the storage server where the mail can be moved to. Calendar and other mail items (ie. Sent Items) can be moved into Archive Folders as well.
