Voluntary Unpaid Leave Form

What it is: An opportunity for employees to take additional time off that assists the College in achieving measurable in-year cost savings

Note: Employees are not replaced during their leave days 

Options: 5 days of leave for 4 days of pay reduction

Who it is for: For all full time employees (faculty, administrative, and support staff)

Interested employees must submit an application form to their immediate supervisor for review.  If the application meets the established criteria (i.e., no accrued overtime or carryover of vacation from previous years) and is supported by the supervisor the application should be forwarded to Human Resources Services for processing.

The plan will be effective from April 1, 2024–March 31, 2025. 

All approved forms must be submitted to Human Resources at [email protected] or can be dropped off to the HR office no later than March 15, 2024.
