Employee Engagement Survey (HR)

Every two years, Confederation College hires a third party to conduct an employee engagement survey to hear what its employees have to say. Key topics are discussed to help identify what the College is doing well and what the College can improve on. 

The time for the next survey is now, and TemboStatus is handling it all once again. From November 16-20, 2020, all employees of the College, including part-time and full-time faculty, support staff and administration, will be asking you to complete a confidential survey online. This is your chance to raise your voice and have an impact on the future of Confederation.

How to Participate
To participate in the survey, you’ll need to click the link in an e-mail sent from President Kathleen Lynch on November 16 titled “Let the Employee Engagement Survey Begin! Complete by Nov. 20.”
