Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Results Released 2022

The 2021-22 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report was released by Colleges Ontario earlier this week. Confederation College is proud to be in the top for Graduate Employment Rate at 91.1%. We are also proud to be well above the provincial average for Graduate Satisfaction Rate at 83.5%.
One area where the college is looking to improve is overall graduation rates. With this in mind, we are in the midst of finalizing a Retention Graduation strategy, with details announced in the coming months.
These results are fairly consistent with recent years. It is normal to see movement year-over-year, and we always strive to deliver the best student and learning experience possible. The results validate the hard work of our faculty and staff and give us valuable insight into how we can work to improve in the future.
