Litigation ILCO

A diverse area of civil practice that presents you with a wide range of duties and responsibilities including legal research, drafting pleadings and preparing documents for court proceedings, preparing documentary evidence, preparing for and assisting at trial, appeals and conducting examinations in aid of execution/enforcement of orders. This is not an entry level course - students require 2 years of law office experience. The ILCO courses are appropriate for persons employed as law clerks or experienced legal secretaries. Students must register through ILCO to write the final exam, which is scheduled for March 5, 2018.
