Nominations are now open for the 2023 Board of Governor’s Employee Awards of Excellence!
Is there an employee that has made a difference in your experience at Confederation College? Do you know someone who should be recognized for their hard work?
If yes, please consider nominating that person for the Board of Governors’ Award of Excellence.
All primary nominators, who are students, will have their names entered to win one of three Yeti travel mugs.
Nominate A Deserving Staff Member (includes criteria):
- Nominate a Support Staff member
- Nominate a Faculty member
- Nominate an Administrative member

One Primary Nominator + THREE other signatories to put forth a nomination. Nominations that do not meet this requirement will not be considered. - All Nominees Will Be Recognized (provided the nominee consents to disclosure) in Staff News at the close of nominations.
- Students are actively encouraged to nominate.
Awards will be presented to one full-time and one part-time employee in each group (Faculty, Administrative and Support).
Successful nominees will be determined by a committee of past award winners from the Support, Faculty & Administration staff.

- A credit of a $1,000 for professional development,
- Be recognized for their efforts during our annual Confederation/Negahneewin Day.
