The Institutional Research and Strategic Planning unit is responsible for Confederation’s Institutional Research and Strategic Planning functions. We provide rigorous analysis of institutional data in order to create, organize and distribute knowledge to support evidence based decision making. We take a collaborative and consultative approach in order to provide various tools and professional services to Confederation’s senior management, faculty and staff. We enhance Confederation’s overall performance management framework by developing strategic intelligence systems in ways that improve decision-making leading to higher levels of student success, greater quality products and services, higher productivity, enhanced engagement, stronger strategic partnerships, diversified revenue streams, financial sustainability and improved outcome accountability.
