College Recreation Committee

Executive Committee

  1. The Committee shall consist of College Rec Association staff members from whom the following positions shall be elected: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Coordinator and Membership Coordinator.
  2. All executive terms shall be two-years with an option of a third.
  3. Other Rec Association members may attend the committee meetings as required/requested.

Functions of the Committee

  1. To plan, coordinate, provide and offer a wide variety of fun, inclusive, social activities and fellowship opportunities throughout the year to any college or affiliated employee.
  2. This Committee will subsidize only preapproved College and Rec Association functions/events.
  3. Receive, review and approve requests from staff for specific activities.
  4. Committee meetings are to be held once a month.
  5. Minutes of the meetings will be taken by the Secretary and distributed to the Committee Members.
  6. To host an Annual General Meeting to inform the general membership about the functions of the committee.
