Computer Services Help Desk (Confed-IT) Support and Resources

Welcome to the Confederation College Computer Services Help Desk site. The Help Desk provides a wide range of Information Technology (IT) and Audio Visual (AV) support services to the College community.

The Help Desk department is responsible for managing many IT resources for the College, including technical support services, computer labs, academic software, student network accounts, academic software, general classroom technology support, distance education support as well as other technology-related services. If you need technical support or have any IT-related questions, we're here to help.

Help Desk Services (Where Do I Get Help?)

The Computer Services Help Desk is the central point of contact to obtain computer or technology related technical support for all users at Confederation College. The Help Desk is located on the 3rd floor of the Shuniah building in Rm. 346.
