Volunteers Needed - Community Partners Evening

The Alumni Department is seeking Staff Volunteers to assist with the Community Partners’ Evening event, on Thursday October 12th. Positions available are:

 

  1. Registration Table volunteers (3) 5:00pm-6:00pm
    1. Assist with name tags
    2. Guest check-in using provided iPads
  2. Auction volunteers (4) 6:15pm-7:00pm
    1. Distribute donation slips during our Fund A Need Auction, at designated times
    2. Collect the donation slips and return them to Payment station
  3. Payment Station Volunteer (2) 6:15-8:00pm
    1. Assist with inputting donations into online platform
    2. Assist with tallying donations

 

Volunteers will be provided with food and drink.
