The Paterson Library would like to welcome Councilor Michele Solomon from Fort William First Nation to talk about the impacts the Robinson Superior Treaty has had on Fort William First Nation over the years.

While many people are familiar with the names of the treaties, very few people understand what the rights and responsibilities of the signatories are. Furthermore, interpretations of the treaties rarely tell the whole story of how treaty affects the communities that live on Treaty territory.
