Flags at Confederation College’s Thunder Bay Campus are being flown at half-mast in honour of Queen Elizabeth II.
Queen Elizabeth was Canada’s head of state and the longest reigning British monarch. She died on Thursday afternoon at Balmoral Castle in Scotland at 96 years of age.
