Naturopathic Services
What is it?
Natural and holistic approaches to maintaining good health. Naturopaths find solutions that do not require drugs or conventional medicine.
Our EFAP focuses on four key components
- Sleeping healthy
- Aging well
- Stress-free living
- Workplace wellness
Family Support
Finding daycare centers/after-school programs, special needs programs, parenting classes, emergency home care services, palliative care, adoption and multiple birth services, senior accommodation and nursing homes, caregiver support groups and so much more!
These support services are available through
- Phone consultations
- Text based self-guided
- In-person consultations (through referral)
Legal Support
The EFAP can aid in taking the first steps to find information and clarification regarding how the legal system applies to a given situation.
