The Facilitating Student Success Certificate is a series of workshops that will be offered to all employees of Confederation College. These courses aim to enhance the capacity of Confederation College employees to effectively assist students in a variety of situations, and to help create a supportive environment that builds students’ life skills and ability to cope with a range of issues.

Each workshop is approximately 1.5 hours in length and will be taught by employees from various areas of the College. All sessions must be attended in order to receive the Facilitating Student Success Certificate.
