Bridging The Distance Website

… Mental health resources for students and staff

About Bridging the Distance

Bridging the Distance provides mental health support for postsecondary students who are at a distance from college services, who are seeking information, or who are in crisis and in need of immediate help.

By learning more about mental health, and by providing a strong support network, we can help bridge the distance between students and the services and information they may need to support their success and continued mental health. This site is a joint effort between five northern colleges - Cambrian, Canadore, Confederation, Northern and Sault.
