T4's are now available for printing!

Please be advised that T4's for 2022 are now available on Employee Dashboard to print. The payroll department will no longer be mailing out paper copies of T4's.
To print your T4:
- Sign into the College portal
- Select Employee Resources
- Select Employee Dashboard
- Select Taxes
- Select Slips for Income Tax Return
- The year for the latest T4 will appear. If you want a previous year, change the year. You may have more than one T4 slip for 2022 -- if so, you will see the following message:
- You have a total of 2 T4 Slips to be filed with your tax return.
- The year for the latest T4 will appear. If you want a previous year, change the year. You may have more than one T4 slip for 2022 -- if so, you will see the following message:
- Click on T4 - Statement of Remuneration Paid
- Click Printable Version
- Click Print
Employees will have more than one T4 if they:
- went from part-time to full-time or the opposite
- are considered to be members of more than one employee group (support, faculty, admin)
- moved from one employee group to another
