New Mileage Rate in Effect

Please be advised that effective September 1st, 2022 the mileage rate has been increased to 0.61/km for the first 5,000kms of personal vehicle usage in a fiscal period and 0.55/km thereafter.  

Due to the current website freeze, Finance is unable to publish the revised travel claim forms online.  If you have recently traveled on behalf of the college or have plans to in the future, please see your manager for copies the new forms.  We will post online as soon as we are able to.    

I would also like to take this opportunity to remind those using personal vehicles for college activities to ensure you have the appropriate insurance coverage.  If you have questions regarding these requirements and process please contact Twyla Godwin or Anne Mauro for further clarification.
