New Applied Research and Innovation Initiative

Applied Research and Innovation within the Negahneewin Research Centre is pleased to announce a new applied research initiative, Confederation College’s Innovate Fund. The Innovate Fund is an institution-wide initiative that supports emerging applied research and innovation activities at Confederation College. It aligns with Confederation College’s strategic priorities and is designed to strengthen networks among students, staff, faculty, and external partners.

The purpose of the fund is to encourage innovation within Confederation College by supporting new projects that will benefit community partners, contributions to fields of knowledge, add to the innovation ecosystem in our region, and student success. 

There are two application intakes: June 3 and September 16, 2022. Documents related to the Innovate Fund can be found in the Documents section of Confederation College's portal.
