Enhanced Travel Claim Expense Form

Finance has enhanced the Travel Claim Expense Form. 

Enhancements included on the form are links to policies as well as noting when receipts are needed and when they are not.  This form can be viewed on the Finance Department's Accounting Forms page at https://www.confederationcollege.ca/college-services/accounting-forms or direct link to the form can be found on the link below.

Reminder, if you are filing a travel claim, the following forms are required with your claim:

• Travel Approval request form
• Direct Deposit form if you are claiming reimbursement
