Embark Canoe Launch and Feast

Students in Embark, Indigenous Pre-Technology, built a birch bark canoe using locally harvested materials from the Boreal Forest. Join us on June 24th from 11:45 - 3:30 at the outdoor fire pit for a feast, and a canoe launch. Everyone is welcome. And there will be activities for all ages. 

Lets talk Science will have science/nature activities. You can make a cyanotype silhouette of plants locally found on campus, while Old Fort William will also have an information booth. 

Come for the food stay for the canoe launch, and win prizes.
