Join us at the Prospector Steak House Wednesday November 10th from 5:30pm until 8:00pm as we enjoy a delicious meal at our first Dinner with Friends in a very long time!!

Menu
Choice of one of the following items:
Each item to be served with a choice of potato, soup, salad, and buns
8 oz sirloin
AAA baseball sirloin served with a mushroom peppercorn sauce.
Chicken Parmesan
Parmesan crusted chicken breast, topped with house marinara and mozzarella served over penne noodles in a rose sauce.
Roasted Salmon
Fillet of salmon glazed with lemon aioli sauce, baked golden brown and served over a bed of roasted onions.
Pesto Rigatoni
Mezzi rigatoni with broccoli pesto, roasted red peppers, and smoked mozzarella.
