Please review the following update for CAA for members.

CAA Stores

As of Dec. 24, 2020 at 1 p.m., CAA Stores will be closed to in-store shopping and in-person appointments. We will continue to offer curbside pickup and virtual appointments after the holidays. CAA in Parry Sound is only available for virtual appointments, and will not be offering curbside pickup.

Hours for curbside pickup vary by store, and require a 24 hour call-ahead. We ask that our Members check the hours of operation for their preferred CAA Store. Curbside pickup can be scheduled for luggage and travel accessories, maps, guides, and TourBooks®.

CAA Travel Consultants continue to be available by phone and email.

CAA Insurance Agents are available by phone or virtual appointments only. We ask that Members please call 1-877-222-1717.

Roadside & Automotive

CAA North & East Ontario's Emergency Roadside Service is deemed an essential business by provincial authorities and will continue to operate with modified policies in place to adhere to proper physical distancing.

Due to public health regulations requiring two metres of physical distancing, we will not be able to accept passengers in our vehicles. Members will be asked to find alternative transportation, however we will never leave CAA Members stranded. We ask that Members please let our CAA Call Centre Agent know if they require help locating local transportation options, for example taxi services.

A CAA driver will be dispatched to service the vehicle and will remain with the Member to ensure their safety until their alternative transportation arrives. The safety and well-being of our Members is important to us, and we will never leave a Member stranded at the roadside.
