This transcript request form is intended for previous students (alumni) of Confederation College who attended over two years ago and no longer have access to the MyCampus portal.

Confederation College transcripts are now accessed online using the MyCreds™ transcript platform.

Confederation College has joined the ARUCC National Network called MyCreds™ to issue transcripts. MyCreds™ provides fast and easy access to request and send your transcripts and credentials to academic institutions, employers, government offices and more.

• After submission of this form, your official transcript will be available within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from MyCreds to the email provided on the transcript request form. Please follow the instructions from the email to access your transcript.
• If you intend to share your transcript with a third party, you can do so once you register and log into MyCreds
