Transcript Request - MyCreds™
Confederation College transcripts are now accessed online using the MyCreds™ transcript platform.
Confederation College has joined the ARUCC National Network called MyCreds™ to issue transcripts. MyCreds™ provides fast and easy access to request and send your transcripts and credentials to academic institutions, employers, government offices and more.

Request a Transcript using one of the methods below:
Option 1: I need my transcript to apply for an Ontario College or University
If you are applying to another institution – request a transcript from your OCAS or OUAC application
- Visit OntarioColleges.ca to send your transcript to a college within Ontario from an Ontario public college or university.
- Visit Ontario Universities Application Centre to send your transcript to a university within Ontario from an Ontario public college or university.
Option 2: I am a Current Confederation College Student or just recently graduated
Request your digital transcript through the MyCampus Portal
- Login to the MyCampus Portal:
Under Student Resources folder > MyCreds Documents (you can also Search ‘MyCreds’ on the top left in the search box)- Your official transcript will be available within 1-2 business days (in majority of cases will be within 15 minutes). You will receive an email to your College account from MyCreds. Please follow the instructions from the email to access your transcript.
- If you intend to share your transcript with a third party, you can do so once you log into MyCreds.
Option 3: I am a former Confederation College student or alumni (have not attended in over two years)
If you do not have access to login to your MyCampus portal please fill in the Transcript Request form
- Your official transcript will be available within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from MyCreds to the email provided on the transcript request form. Please follow the instructions from the email to access your transcript.
- If you intend to share your transcript with a third party, you can do so once you log into MyCreds.
- Transcripts before 2005 may take 4-6 weeks for processing and can be requested through Option 4.
Option 4: Paper transcript request (10 business days for processing + standard mailing time)

When making a paper transcript request, in your email please provide your student ID (if known), full name, birthdate, and the program or course you most recently attended at the college.

When shared through the MyCreds™ platform, the digital transcript is authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid. Documents issued through MyCreds™ contain digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world. When you share your documents with third parties through the MyCreds™ portal, these digital signatures ensure their authenticity.
MyCreds™ stores your documents securely. You control who you share your documents with.

Yes, your transcript will always be available through MyCreds once issued.

No, Confederation College will automatically update your transcript if any of your academic history changes. This includes new completed courses, programs and grade changes. You will receive an email from MyCreds indicating a document has been updated to inform you of changes to your transcript.

Transcripts are processed often and in most cases you will receive your transcript within 15 minutes, however, sometimes this may take longer.
For current student please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
For alumni (previous students who do not have access to login to the MyCampus portal) please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
You will receive an email notification from MyCreds once your transcript is available. Please remember to check your junk mail folder.

You can do this once you receive your email from MyCreds to register your account. Login to your MyCreds account.
After login, from the Documents page select the Share button next to the document you wish to share. You will enter the recipient email address and MyCreds™ will send an email to the person or organization. You can specify for how long they can access the document or require them to have a PIN to access the document.
This Document Sharing screen is where you will enter the recipient email address. Once you have entered the email address, click the Continue button.
Review the confirmation message which will include the email address for the recipient you have shared your transcript with. You can advise the recipient to expect an email notification from MyCreds.ca|Mes Certif.ca <[email protected]>.

If you are using your college email and would like to change it to your personal email address. You can do this in MyCreds by selecting your name in the MyCreds portal, then Account Settings. Here you will find the Email Accounts section where you can manage your emails.
