How to Request Your Transcript Through MyCreds

Transcripts are now distributed through MyCreds, a fast, secure and reliable digital portal for accessing and sharing post-secondary transcripts.

Current Students and Recent Graduates

  • Log in to MyCampus portal
    • No longer have access? See instructions for Alumni below
  • Under Student Resources folder select “MyCreds Documents”
  • Read the information at the top of the form and select the “Transcript” button to request your transcript
  • Your transcript is now in queue to be submitted. You will see an update to indicate it is pending. You will be restricted from submitting another request while this processes.
  • Once processed you will receive an email to your college email address from MyCreds. This email should be received within 15 minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours.
    • Remember to check your Junk folder if you have not received your email!
  • If you are not already registered with MyCreds you will receive an email from MyCreds requesting you to register your account
  • Once registered you will receive an additional email to activate your account
  • If you already have a MyCreds account you will be notified by email that there is a new or updated document in MyCreds from Confederation College
  • Your official transcript is now accessible on the MyCreds platform
    • Please note you may update your email anytime within the MyCreds platform

Alumni

These request instructions are for those students who have previously attended the college and do not have access to login to the MyCampus portal.

To request your transcript

  • Fill in the Transcript Request form online
  • Once processed you will receive an email to the email address provided from MyCreds within 1-2 business days
    • Remember to check your Junk folder if you have not received your email!
  • If you are not already registered with MyCreds you will receive an email from MyCreds requesting you to register your account. 
  • Once registered you will receive an additional email to activate your account
  • If you already have a MyCreds account you will be notified by email that there is a new or updated document in MyCreds from Confederation College
  • Your official transcript is now accessible on the MyCreds platform
