Spring Up to Clean Up is Coming!

Mark your calendar and join Confederation College for our annual campus Spring Up to Clean Up on Wednesday, May 10 from 10 am – 3 pm.
It’s easy to participate – just go to one of the supply pick up locations listed below, pick up your clean up supplies, put your name in the participation draw, head outside, and pick up trash. When you’re done, bring your garbage bag to the Shipping/Receiving area to leave on the grass beside Contractor Parking (see attached map for area) and return any borrowed supplies to the supply pick up location. Participate for as long as you can, supplies will be available from 10am – 3pm.
Supply pick up locations:
- Shuniah Building: Shuniah Student Commons
- McIntyre Building: TEC Hub Atrium
- Dorion Building: Office
- ACE: Office
- Sibley Hall: NEW Office
There are two great chances to win prizes:
- Participation Prize: Fill out a ballot when you pick up your supplies for a chance to win!
- Group Photo Challenge: Head out with your co-workers and snap a fun picture of your team participating. Submit the photo to [email protected] and the best picture will win a donation to Stock the Bank from that department.
Spring Up to Clean Up is an annual event delivered by EcoSuperior and funded by the City of Thunder Bay to clean up litter that has accumulated over the winter. This event supports SDG 14 Life Below Water and SDG 15 Life on Land.
