Have a Spare Room? You could really help our students!

The rental accommodation market in Thunder Bay is increasingly tight, and our international students are finding it more & more difficult to secure safe and affordable accommodation.  Might you, your family, or friends have a spare room that you would be willing to rent to one or two students? 

It would need to be furnished, with internet included in the rent, and provide access to cooking facilities. Ideally, it would be located close to a bus stop. Students typically budget $400-$450 for a shared room, and around $550 -$600 for a single room.  We are working with RentPanda to facilitate the matching process.
