Arranging a Dignitary Visit?

I am reaching out on behalf of our Communications team to offer our support and assistance with any upcoming dignitary visits that you may be planning or coordinating.
As the Communications team, we specialize in engaging with the media, responding to media inquiries, and promoting the college's brand. We understand the importance of ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for any visiting dignitaries and would be delighted to assist you in various aspects of the visit, such as planning, set up, connecting with the senior team, arranging parking, requesting extra cleaning, coordinating photography etc.
