Confederation College's SAFE Campus app is available for all campuses and is a direct line to Public Safety’s services, safety and emergency information and notifications for things like lockdowns, weather closures and more.

Public Safety - Security Service
The Public Safety - Security Service is available 24 hours per day at our Thunder Bay Campus. Our Guards are at your service to ensure that your experience on campus is both safe and secure.
The Public Safety - Security Service is your one stop access point to the following assistance:
- links to internal emergency response services (e.g. Campus Response, Facilities Services -- electrical, mechanical, building & grounds services, etc.),
- links to external emergency services (Police, Fire, Ambulance),
- Campus Response,
- Campus Walk Service (accompanying services),
- Campus Alone Program,
- building and grounds patrols,
- building and room access control, including Entry Permits,
- crime prevention,
- fire prevention, and
- lost and found.
Health and Safety Services
At Confederation College, we take health and safety seriously. Our Health and Safety Policy(opens in new window) outlines your rights as a student, an employee, a patron, a client and as a visitor, to a safe and healthy learning environment.
And, you have a part to play in keeping our College community safe.
Do you have a health and safety concern? Report it to your faculty member or to a supervisor; use a Help! Phone (located at the Thunder Bay campus); or, at regional campuses and offices, report to the main office or the front desk of the facility.
Is someone injured or in medical distress? To obtain assistance and to report the occurrence, contact the main office or the front desk at regional campuses or offices; at the Thunder Bay office, help is only a call away using any Help! Phone.
