Project Management Scheduling Software

Project management software increases the ability of the project manager to work more efficiently. The functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting are explored in detail. Through applying project software tools and techniques students develop the skills required to successful projects. Computer Software Requirements: MS Project 2016 or MS Project 2019 will be accommodated. Software is not provided. Students will be responsible for ensuring they have access to the software. Access to MS Project 2016 or 2019 software for the duration of the 14 week course is critical to the success of the course. We recommend students take OL372 prior to taking this course.
