Volunteer Management: Applied Project

In this capstone course, students will put the theory and ideas of previous courses in the Volunteer Management certificate into practice. Students will complete a project focused on assessing a volunteer organization of their choice. Students will identify best practices and make recommendations for improvement to the organization using the ten standards of practice in the Canadian Code for Volunteer Involvement (CCVI). Pre-requisites: OL062 Volunteer Management Foundations, OL080 Spectrum of Engagement and OL089 Administration.
