School of Engineering Technology & Trades
Education in the programs of this academic school leads to real "hands-on" imagine, design, build and use professions that deal primarily with the many physical aspects of the world around us.

School of Health, Negahneewin & Community Services

Welcome to the School of Health, Negahneewin & Community Services. We offer over 20 full and part-time programs in a variety of health and community service areas.
The School offers a state-of-the-art learning facility, REACH (Regional Educational Alliance for Community Health), where labs and classes are equipped with the latest technology. Resources include manikins, simulations suites, digital imaging equipment, a paramedic lab with an ambulance simulator, a mock apartment for the creation of scenarios, a 24-seat dental clinic and a 34-seat science lab.
Our dedicated faculty provide outstanding leadership and are experts in their respective fields. Check out our programs, many of which are also offered at our regional campuses and some by Distance Education.

School of International Education
International Students at Confederation College
Confederation College is welcoming more and more international students on campus. The International Education team provides a wide range of support for international students who are new immigrants to our city.

Services Provided by the International Education team
The IEC provides a full range of support to international students including:
- Acts as a liaison and refers international students to relevant departments and services within the College and broader community;
- Advocates for international students on and off campus;
- Facilitates on-campus and home stay accommodation (through a partner);
- Offers student immigration and academic advising & support services;
- Provides scholarships to international students;
- Serves as a first point of contact for international students for emergencies, and issues or concerns; and
- Work with faculty to help address concerns and to ensure the success of international students in their classrooms.
In addition:
- Promotes Confederation College on a global level;
- Develops Confederation College’s recruitment beyond Canadian borders;
- Promotes diversity within the College;
- Provides training and support to faculty and staff on topics related to intercultural understanding and supporting international students at Confederation;
- Raises the reputation of the College while working with national and international educational partners and service providers;
- Works with community partners on projects and initiatives to enhance opportunities for international students, graduates and new immigrants; and
- Maintains an active social media presence with specific information for international students.
