Role & Responsibilities

As a professor and coordinator in IMD, and as a creative professional with deep roots in Northern Ontario, Daniel Hansen sees himself as helping build up the creative economy of the region by ensuring graduates are equipped and engaged.

Professional Background

He has been a professional graphic designer and web developer for over 25 years, and has been co-owner of a local design studio since 2008. Before that, he was a faculty member of the Department of Philosophy at Lakehead University.

Teaching

He teaches web design and development, and job readiness and professionalism courses.
