Family Dynamics

In this course students will examine the importance and the complexities associated with the concept of "family". Students will analyze the role family in society, the challenges families face and the implications for the profession of Social Service Work. Students will also gain the knowledge and skills necessary to assess and provide guidance to families in need of support from a strengths perspective.
