This course will prepare students to challenge the current Security+ exam. The CompTIA Security+ certification tests for security knowledge mastery of an individual with two years of on-the-job networking experience with emphasis on security. This course will cover the following exam topics: communication security, infrastructure/device security, cryptography, access control, wireless, mobile, authentication, external attacks, vulnerability/risk management, organization security, security operations, digital forensics and incident response.
