Mathematics VI

The course commences with an introduction to linear algebra concepts related to determinants, matrices and solutions of systems of equations. The course continues with a study of descriptive statistics, including measures of central tendency and variation, data presentation and basic probability. An introduction to inferential statistics plus correlation and regression analysis constitutes the remainder of the course. Microsoft Excel is used extensively throughout the course for computations and graphing.
