In this course, students will enhance their interpersonal and intercultural communication skills oriented to aviation professionals. The course emphasizes the importance of clear and concise oral and written communication. Emphasis is placed on communication styles, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, workplace diversity and intercultural communication to increase overall professional effectiveness.
