PD Day Intermediate Kitchen Wizards

This intermediate course for youth 11-16 will build on your kitchen skills and take your cooking to the next level. This hands-on course is designed for youth who are comfortable with basic cooking techniques and want to expand their confidence, creativity, and independence in the kitchen.

Participants will learn more advanced food preparation methods, knife skills, cooking techniques, and kitchen organization while preparing a a meal. Students will explore flavour combinations, food safety, nutrition, and ingredient selection while working both independently and as part of a team.
