I can honestly say that my teachers Troy and Jacob made the experience fun and entertaining! If it wasn't for these teachers and their dedication I wouldn't be where I am today!
My Job Responsibilities
My job is helping users with computer IT related issues. I now am a supporter for setting up cell phones, Skype calls, various different forms of trouble shooting, network issues, fixing some websites and help desk.
What I Love About My Job
I love that I am helping people to learn about computers and helping to solve their issues.

The program opens so many doors. I would say that there is always a job for someone related to computers; computers are the future. Always try to have high interest, because that's what will make you happy.

Hard working, good communicator, troubleshooter, knowledge of technology, open to alway learning, multitasker, knowledgable of other areas in computers.
Highlights of My Successes
Graduating with Honours helped me to get a job. I have been working for the city for two weeks and I am already comfortable and loving the job. After seeing me work with Skype and Windows 10 it was quickly added to my list of skills that I can perform at my job.
