"The Human Resources Program prepared me for a great career by providing me with the knowledge and discipline required for a challenging environment. Each course within the curriculum had a definite purpose, whether or not I realized it at the time. The greatest part of the program was the final semester in which students were placed in Human Resource functions within local organizations. Students received valuable practical experience and had the opportunity to shine. Valuable contacts were made and doors were opened that would have been difficult to open without this practical experience.
Within four months of graduation, I was gainfully employed in a professional-level human resources position in a permanent full-time capacity. I have since moved on to an even better position and am enjoying a flourishing career. Confederation College prepared me and hard work paid off."
