I'm glad that the summer Co-op term was made mandatory and added to the aircraft maintenance technician program at Confederation College because in my opinion the Co-op
term really provides students with great technical skills and helps them develop hands on skills and more understanding of the various aircraft systems by working in a real-life scenario with greatly experienced AME's and staff members.
