Welcome to the Office of Institutional Research and Planning!

Our mission is to drive informed, data-driven decisions that foster excellence across Confederation College. We are dedicated to delivering thorough analysis of institutional data to empower senior management, faculty, and staff in making evidence-based decisions that enhance all aspects of the college experience.

Through a collaborative and consultative approach, we provide a range of tools and professional services designed to support and guide strategic initiatives. Our efforts contribute to Confederation College’s performance management framework, which is centered on developing systems that lead to:

• Higher student success rates
• Enhanced quality of programs, products, and services
• Increased productivity across the institution
• Improved engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
• Greater accountability in achieving desired outcomes
