Monica brings extensive real‑world experience to her teaching, including 10 years in private practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist and 4 years as a Certified Dental Assistant. Her clinical background provides a strong foundation for the practical, student‑centered approach she brings to the classroom. She has developed a reputation for clarity, organization, and a teaching style that blends structure with approachability.
