Mandatory Training

As a condition of employment, you must, within two (2) weeks of the start of your employment, complete mandatory online training. Please speak with Allison Hynnes at 475-6135 or email ahynnes@confederationcollege.ca to get access to the training or to note equivalencies. The mandatory training modules include:

• Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Training
• Health & Safety Awareness Training
• Safe Campus Training
• 4 Seasons of Reconciliation

  • The CAAT Plan will be delivering a series of information sessions about your pension at the end of April, via webinar. Last October, a representative from the CAAT Pension Plan visited Confederation College to deliver three presentations to members. The sessions were popular!​ 93% of survey respondents reporting that they would be very likely to recommend them to their friends and colleagues, and 86% said that the sessions improved their opinion of the value of their pension.
