Sausage Making

A hands-on introduction and demonstrations of sausage making. Learn about the different types of recipes, styles of sausages, various seasoning options, and the essential equipment needs to make your own sausages. You will be able to take home your own sausages at the end of class. Make sure to bring your apron and take-home containers. Proper sanitation and hygiene will also be covered during the course.
