Employment Readiness Skills

This course will assist learners in making decisions about employment choices after some exploration as to their personal strengths and interests and the presentation of information on various employment areas. The students will do the initial resumé preparation, learn job search techniques, make applications for employment positions and practice interview skills. The last part of the course will focus on the skills required to keep a job, including expectations, responsibilities and safety.
