This course is designed to help students further develop their basic writing, reading comprehension, and computer skills. Students who achieve the learning outcomes will be able to write an effective 2-paragraph composition as well as a memo, read and understand a variety of texts and documents including articles, graphs, and tables, and use simple computer applications including the Internet to complete their work.
